Processing – For Successful payment transaction and the order yet to ship.

Shipped – For the order shipped from Kalamandir’s warehouse.

Cancelled – For cancelled orders.

You can check the status of the Order by logging into your account on Kalamandir website. My account>My Orders>Track the Order. If you have any queries in this regard, you can contact our customer care desk through email/phone.

Where do we ship, and what are the shipping charges?

We ship across India for what so ever product(s), you have purchased for free of cost.

For International shipping, based on the amount of purchase, delivery location, the weight of the package, the shipping charges will be added accordingly (Please note that for international customers, the VAT/ Import Duties/ Local Taxes are borne directly by the customer.).

Are the prices on the website inclusive or exclusive of taxes?

Yes. All the product prices displayed on the website are inclusive of taxes.
